The Slavic Linguistics Forum and the Department of Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures are pleased to announce that the 12th Graduate Colloquium on Slavic Linguistics will take place all day on Saturday November 15, 2014.
The keynote speaker will be Stephen Dickey (University of Kansas), whose talk is titled: 'Grammatlicalizing aspect systems in Slavic: Catastrophic and not-so-catastrophic changes'.

There will also be the usual pre-event events on Friday November 14: a party on Friday evening at the home of Andrea Sims, a grad student lunch on Friday, and time to meet with Prof. Dickey. For more information, contact Katya Rouzina.
