Registration Information

1. Membership in the Slavic Linguistics Society is required for all conference attendees who will present a paper. It is optional for other attendees. Please indicate your membership status:

2. Conference Dinner: There will be a conference dinner at a local restaurant on Wednesday June 11. The cost is included in the registration fee and all conference participants are invited. Please indicate whether you plan to attend the dinner. (Your answer neither obligates you to attend the dinner, nor prevents you from doing so. We simply want to estimate how many people are likely to attend.)

Unfortunately, SLS-3 cannot accept credit cards or bank transfers. U.S. residents should mail a check with this registration form. Please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Non-U.S. residents may pay in cash at the conference. Please indicate how you are paying:
