The Slavic Department's graduate course offerings appeal to a broad range of intellectual interests - from Russian Woman Writers to the History of West Slavic Languages. In addition to our internationally recognized faculty, there are also a great deal of other people and resources available at the Ohio State University. Our students have the opportunity to work with faculty member in such disciplines as History, Music, Art History, Linguistics, Modern Greek, Turkish, Yiddish, and more. The affiliates of OSU's Center for Slavic and East European Studies, one of only a handful of such fully funded centers to promote excellence in Slavic Studies in the country, teach nearly 300 related courses every year.
