Russian Literature
In order to receive a Ph.D. from the Department in Russian Literature, students must fulfill the following requirements:
- They must be in good standing at the time of graduation
- They must complete required coursework
- They must complete language requirements
- They must file an approved professional candidacy paper
- They must pass written candidacy examination
- They must pass the oral candidacy examination
- They must file an approved dissertation prospectus
- They must complete and defend a doctoral dissertation
