Welcome! We are dedicated to researching and teaching the languages, literatures, and cultures of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. Our nationally and internationally recognized faculty are at the forefront of the field in terms of scholarship, and they guide students of all levels and backgrounds in their pursuit to understand the rich cultures and languages of the region.
