We would like to congratulate Siobhan for her continued excellence in the Department, and we are very happy to see the Felice M. Grad Scholarship be awarded to her. Siobhan Seigne is a Ph.D. student at the Department and plans to use the scholarship to continue her Bulgarian studies over the summer.
