Dr. Angela Brintlinger (Professor, Department of Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures) has been appointed as the director of the Center for Slavic and East European Studies, and began her position on January 1.

Philip Gleissner receives dissertation award from Princeton

Dr. Philip Gleissner is the winner of Princeton's Center for Digital Humanities' Dissertation Prize for his work "Through Thick and Thin: The Social Life of Journals Under Late Socialism." The prize recognizes exceptional doctoral work with a digital humanities component.
