Congratulations to Jeff Parker, whose paper "Solving Russian velars: Palatalization, the lexicon and gradient contrast utilization" has been accepted for publication in the Slavic and East European Journal (SEEJ). This paper was an outgrowth of his second professional paper. The paper will appear in 2015.
