Cogratulations to Kate White, who successfully defended her dissertation "Second Language Vocabulary Acquisition in Context" at the end of April! The committee consisted of Dr. Ludmila Isurin (advisor), Dr. Wynne Wong from French/Italian, and Dr. Leslie Moore from Education. The PhD will be officially conferred during the Summer commencement in August.
