Michael Furman has been awarded an International Affairs Grant from the Office of International Affairs at Ohio State. He will use the money to conduct pre-dissertation research in St. Petersburg, Russia, this summer.

Mike was also the recipient of a summer Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) fellowship for language study this summer.
