Congratulations to the newly-minted Dr. Yuliya Walsh, who successfully defended her dissertation on April 3rd! The dissertation, titled "Forms of Address in Contemporary Ukrainian Newspapers: Morphology, Gender and Pragmatics," was co-advised by Prof. Charles Gribble and Prof. Daniel Collins.

Yuliya is adjunct faculty at Wright State University in the Modern Languages Department, where she teaches Russian language. We wish her great success in her future endeavors!
