The Department of Slavic and Eastern European Languages and Cultures is excited to welcome a new incoming faculty, Dr. Ana Cohle, who will be joining us in August 2026 as a Visiting Assistant Professor. Dr. Cohle comes to us with a PhD from Yale University in Slavic Languages and Literatures and extensive experience of teaching Russian, Ukrainian, and a diversity of content courses at Yale and Princeton Universities. She is an interdisciplinary scholar of Russian and Ukrainian cultures, with a special focus on modernist literature, early media technologies, and cinema. Warm welcome to Dr. Ana Cohle!
